This notice explains how personal data collected through imirglobal.com is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

This website does not offer membership, ordering or payment. Personal data is only processed when you voluntarily submit the contact form:

  • Identity data: name and surname.
  • Contact data: e-mail address and, if you provide it, telephone number.
  • Request data: the subject you select and the content of your message.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we ask you not to include health information or other sensitive data in your message.

  • Evaluating brand, distribution and business partnership requests.
  • Handling media, press and career enquiries.
  • Protecting the form against automated abuse and spam.
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations and record-keeping duties.

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed, and where applicable on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Collection method

Data is collected electronically and directly from you through the contact form on this website.

6. Transfers of personal data

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is transferred only to the extent required to operate this website and to answer your enquiry:

  • Google reCAPTCHA: the contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Technical data such as your IP address and browser interaction is processed by Google for bot detection, which involves a transfer abroad.
  • E-mail infrastructure: form submissions are delivered by e-mail over Yandex SMTP, and over Google (Gmail) SMTP if the primary route fails. This also involves a transfer abroad.
  • Hosting and IT service providers: limited access within the scope of operating, maintaining and securing the website.
  • Public authorities: where required by law, courts or authorised bodies.

7. Retention period

Contact form records are kept for as long as necessary to conclude the correspondence and for the statutory limitation periods that follow, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed;
  • request information if it has been processed;
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
  • know the third parties to whom data is transferred at home or abroad;
  • request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
  • request erasure or destruction within the conditions of Article 7;
  • request that these actions be notified to third parties;
  • object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis;
  • claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

9. How to exercise your rights

You may submit your request in writing to the address above, or by e-mail to info@imirglobal.com, including the information required by the Communiqué on Application Procedures. We respond within thirty days at the latest.

10. Data security

We take appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful access to and processing of personal data, including transport encryption, access control and the principle of data minimisation.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice in line with legislation and our processes. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
